Monocabin protects and enhance the environment through integrated approaches from resources, materials and building process into a smart home. It is made with walls in hemp, a high eco-friendly material and uses solar panels to power the space in order to ensure the total utilisation of natural energy
MODULARITY
Create your perfect match with a single delivery process
With our prefab module system, you can create your own spaces, according to the desires and needs of each one of us. The crafting is conceived around panels with a degree of modularity which makes this house not only easy to install but extendable to any desires. Monocabin production time is only 3 months. Shipping time in Europe is about 20 days of transportation by land, sea or air with 7 days needed for the installation. For US, Asia and Australia, it is 10 days more to be added on each steps. FAQ

Combining patented formulations of air-lime based binders with the chopped core of the industrial hemp plant stem, Monocabin technology delivers a suite of new building products. Each models have excellent performance characteristics for durable, sustainable and ecological assets as key values in the know-how applied to the prefab models.
SMART WALL
Unique with performance
Our unique smart wall is designed for containing in a single block: water heater, air conditioning, storage space, electrical and water panel. Our patent smart wall acts as central point of these necessities for is easy maintenance and space saver. Monocabin smart wall is designed not only for functional aspects but also for entertainment. To do so, on Premium plan, the smart wall includes everything you need such as projector, Apple TV and Hi fi stereo.
SPACES
Bathroom and Kitchen
The tailor-made bathroom illustrates the coherence in the materials used in the Monocabin, where nature is the gathering point of each space. Our plus plan includes all the comfort in house appliances with technological installations, sanitary, customized shower, surfaces and facilities. Monocabin built-in kitchen offers everything your need to prepare home cooked dishes. It is designed and thought for everyday use with drawers and long lasting material. The Plus plan includes complete kitchen appliances.
SPACES
Living, Dining and Bedroom
When designing Monocabin, the living and dining room are essential spaces to be crafted. The spaces are specially design to have all the amenities for well-being. Our premium plan includes high quality furniture and appliances such a sofa, TV’’ 27, shelfs, extendable table with chairs and Tv stand. Your bedroom is your sanctuary, so you want it to be comfortable and attractive. Monocabin rooms are specially designed to includes all furniture for storage and organising.
OUTDOOR
Wide terrace
A terrace is the ideal place to relax, as it is the perfect mixture of indoors and outdoors. Our plus plan includes monocabin terrace, perfectly designed with right location, right size and, above all, the right material. Functionality and simplicity have been crafted around each corner of the house. Our premium plan includes, table with chairs, storage space, outdoor shower and clothes drying rack. A selection of fitness equipments are included.
LIGHTING
Indoor and outdoor
Home lighting specially designed by Mandalaki Studio with all aspects of defined lighting scheme. Our plus plan includes chromotherapy, warm LED lights with more than 10 different light combinations to find you perfect match.
MONOCABIN EDITION AND EXTRAS
Personal and unique design
Monocabin edition is made upon request as it is exclusively a limited edition. It includes everything on Premium plan but with supreme material, accessories, furniture and complete extras list. Personalize and customize exterior and interior spaces such as paving, walls, lighting, accessories, terrace, furniture and any extras such as : smart home system, solar panel system, swimming pool and roller blinds.
