This summer, Monocabin unveils an exciting new concept—Monocabin Bistrot, a curated dining experience deepening Mandalaki’s philosophy of living in harmony with nature.

At Monocabin Rhodes, every element converges in architecture, lighting, and now food to celebrate nature, forging an immersive connection between people and their surroundings.

An intimate experience where thoughtful design, architecture, and gastronomy come together seamlessly.

This space, nestled within Monocabin’s architecture in Rhodes and enhanced by Halo lighting design from Mandalaki Studio, embodies the brand’s vision of blending human experience with the environment. Monocabin Bistrot adds a new dimension to this philosophy as a culinary journey honoring Rhodes’ rich history and flavors. Here, food becomes an extension of Monocabin’s design ethos, simple, intentional, and deeply connected to its surroundings.

Season 2025

Monocabin offers an intimate, exclusive dining experience centered around a single six-seat table, where modern architecture, natural elements, and culinary artistry come together in a celebration of simplicity and connection.

This season, the kitchen is helmed by designer-chef Viviane, aka Yaz, blending Greek and Italian culinary traditions, two of the world’s finest cuisines. Trained by her family, amazing cook friends, and at Accademia dello Chef in Milan, she draws inspiration from the age-old Mediterranean saying una faccia, una razza ("one face, one race"), a phrase celebrating the deep cultural and historical ties between Italians and Greeks. Influenced by Rhodes’ history as an island intermingling with Italian culture, the menu celebrates their shared flavors through a six-course culinary journey.
